Decorative concrete surfaces are sensitive and require the right cure times and moisture contents. More often than not, a defective pour can be seen in the depth of the stamp and the consistency of the coloration.
Unfortunately, no. Every outdoor surface will require some level of maintenance and will age over time.
In almost every case, some sort of decorative surface will be allowed. We’ll be happy to dig in on the specifics once a desired path forward has been established.
